HDChroma provides contract analytical testing. It does not manufacture, distribute, sell or recommend any compound, and does not provide medical, veterinary, regulatory or legal advice. Nothing on this site or on a certificate constitutes an endorsement of a material or a statement that it is suitable for any particular use.
Work is performed only within a scope agreed in writing before analysis begins. Determinations not listed in the agreed scope are not performed and are reported as not tested. Turnaround estimates are estimates and are affected by sample condition, quantity, and any investigation arising during analysis.
You represent that information provided about a sample — including identity, hazards and regulatory status — is truthful and complete, and that you are legally entitled to possess the material and to submit it for analysis. Hazardous or improperly declared material may be refused or disposed of. Samples may be consumed during testing; retained quantities and disposal timing are set out in the scope agreement. [Placeholder — sample retention and disposal terms pending counsel review.]
A certificate issued by HDChroma describes the sample as received by the laboratory and covers only the determinations listed on the certificate. Results apply to the sample tested and to the tests actually performed. A certificate does not describe any other lot, container or shipment, and does not warrant conformity of any wider population of material.
Issued certificate versions are immutable. Corrections are issued as new versions and superseded versions are retained. A certificate may be revoked with a recorded reason, after which public verification will report it as revoked. Reproduction of a certificate must be in full; partial reproduction is not permitted without written consent.
Client identity, submission content and analytical data are treated as confidential and are disclosed only on your instruction or as required by law. Whether a client display name appears on a publicly verifiable certificate is controlled by an explicit per-client setting.

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
