The laboratory exists because the gap between what a label says and what is in the container is an empirical question, and empirical questions deserve instruments, methods and a second reviewer rather than assurances.
HDChroma operates from Las Vegas, Nevada, serving clients across research, formulation and quality functions. Work is scoped in writing before it begins, executed under internal methods with recorded versions, and released only after a quality reviewer who did not generate the data has examined the package.
We are deliberate about what we do not say. This site does not claim accreditations, registrations, certifications, validated-method status, retention terms or personnel credentials in the abstract. Those statements are specific, they change over time, and they belong in the engagement documentation for a defined scope of work — where they can be checked — rather than in marketing copy. If a particular status matters to your decision, ask us and we will answer for the scope in question.
Equally, we are explicit about the limits of a result. Every certificate describes the sample as received by the laboratory and covers only the determinations listed on it. It says nothing about other lots, other containers, or the suitability of a material for any particular use.
